All Ways Network is a national infrastructure charity founded in 2017. We support grassroots organisations in underserved communities across the UK to strengthen governance, improve funding readiness, and access funding. We work with both organisations and funders to remove practical barriers and make support more effective. We have supported hundreds of organisations and helped unlock over £800,000 in funding.

🌱 Working at AWN

We are a small, focused, values-led organisation. We prioritise clarity of work, ownership, and meaningful output. We operate with high trust and autonomy, and a hybrid model that flexes around delivery needs. We work a 4-day week with no reduction in salary.
